The idea is to replace some products that areaffecting in a negative way the environment, and to provide a solution to that collaboratesin having a better world, reducing the pollution, or taking care of our limited resources.Nowadays, the world is having many of these issues, there are some resources thateventually will disappear if we don’t treat them correctly and also the amount of pollutionand contamination on our natural environment are damaging completely the ozone layerand will affect the entire earth. Now we are seeing what is happening with the climatechange, frequently referred as the global warning. There are some countries that are already using these products in their day to dayactivities, but no one has taken them to Peru, for this it’s a virgin market, with a lot ofopportunity to success. The company will start their business launching two products at the beginning, thefirst one is a disposable pack for food delivery that is 100% biodegradable, which willreplace the plastic packs, there are many types of containers with different types of plastic. But the most famous and cheaper material is the “Tecnopor” (usual called Polystyrene),that it is used by several restaurants in the country. This is a petroleum-based plastic, whichis a polluting resource and the EPA (The US Environmental Protection Agency) state thaton solid waste Polystyrene is the fifth largest creator of dangerous waste in the UnitedStates. On the other hand, it is also toxic for human beings, because it is made of styreneand this is derivate from benzene, so when people put hot food, [代写论文就找123Yc.coM原创论文网,QQ:56.223.941]the styrene can migrate toit leaving Carcinogenic particles. Since last year, many cities are starting to banning thismaterial for food use. So, this biodegradable pack will be a solution for this concerns, itsraw material is an alternative to regular plastics. Nowadays, we can find I the globalmarket new kinds of plastics that are derived from renewable biomass sources, like cornstarch or sugar cane. ..........   1.2 Current status The current status of the business is on a stage of looking for information, it isimportant that before starting the business to have a good research of several fronts.First we need to choose the best suppliers according to our needs, and because theydon’t produce these kind of products or they even don’t have the raw materials in Peru, it iscrucial to look for them in other countries and import them.We have first asked for quotations in the US and in China, and we have find out thatthe ones in China are offering a more economical proposal, so the next step is visitingthose factories. It is important to assure the quality of their products, and that they willdeliver what they are proposing. On the other hand, we need to negotiate the prices pervolume, so that we can get a good margin and have an attractive price for our clients. Thispart is a key factor of the success of the business, because our strategic partners will be oursuppliers, and from the beginning we want to create a good relationship with them.In addition, we are looking for the possible clients and doing a market research, sothat when we launch we know exactly to whom the company will direct their efforts, ofcommunication and sales. In the case of the food packs we are looking for business thatwill need to put food in containers for their customers, like restaurants. On the other hand,in the case of the disposable towel, we are looking for places that use towels daily for theirclients and need to wash them frequently, like beauty salons. In this way we increase thepotential customers as an opportunity to have more revenues. Therefore, the next main steps are, closing the deal with the suppliers, opening thecompany in Peru, renting a storage in the capital, and start with the first importation. ..........   Chapter 2 Literature review   2.1 Marketing Theory For every business you create you need to consider the parts of the Marketing mix, according to our Strategic Marketing class, there are 4 Ps, product, price, place andpromotion:Product:In this part we need to define every part of our product, your catalog, the presentation, the packaging, the quality, and it is important to consider what will give your competitiveadvantage.Price:In this part you define your pricing strategy, if you will have an introductory price atthe beginning or not, and if you will have different prices per product, considering differentcolor or quality. This is important for the positioning you want to have in the market.Place:In this part you define where you will sale your product, for this you need to considerwhich your target is, so that you can be near them and make it easy to find you. This willchange if you have a Business to Business model or Business to Consumer.Promotion:In this part you need to define, if you will have promotions, like price discounts, ormaybe bundles were you mix two products for the price of one. And the most importantthing for this is to fins the correct way to communicate it otherwise you might not reach toyour objective target. ..........   2.2 Business Model The main purpose of a business model is to help people to understand the opportunityof the business. It describes the business in different fields, and is an important guide forlater, when you start with the execution.According with our Entrepreneurial Management class, the business model has thefollowing parts:Value Proposition: is to identify the company name, vision, mission and main values,in addition which are their products and the value proposition they will offer, in which youneed to consider a pricing strategy as well.Customer Segment: this part is to identify your target, and how your product or service will satisfy them.It is important that before you start defining every part of your business model, youshould make an internal and external research, using tools like the PEST (that is a globalenvironment analysis) or and Industry analysis (Porter′s 5 forces), and also make acompetitor analysis to understand the threats that you could find.Revenue Streams: I this part you need to make a sales and marketing forecast, anddefine which will be your marketing and sales strategy.Key Activities: is your Operation Strategy, where you need to consider costs, quality, timeline, and which available resources you will have at the beginning.Key Partners: you need to define if you will need to build alliances, considering thirdparties. There are some businesses that depend 100% in their partners but it is important todefine this since the beginning.Key Resources: you need to identify which resources you will need.Cost Structure: you need to estimate which is your structure, their main functions andresponsibilities and how much it will cost you. Finally, you will need to have a business control, were you can measure if you areachieving what you propose. ..........   Chapter 3 Environmental analysis ...... 24 3.1 The opportunity....... 24 3.2 Industry analysis...... 32 3.3 Innovations brought to the industry by the new venture........ 35 3.3.1 Intellectual property/patents ........ 35 3.4 Strategy .......... 35 3.5 Ethics and sustainability............ 37 Chapter 4 The company and team ...... 38 4.1 Legal structure......... 38 4.2 Ownership ...... 39 4.3 The advisory board........... 39 4.4 The management team ..... 39 Chapter 5 Marketing plan .......... 42 5.1 Identification of customers........ 42 5.2 Number of potential customers and potential sales revenues ......... 43 5.3 Requirements of various customer segments ....... 45 5.4 Appropriate sales and promotion approaches ...... 47 5.5 Analysis of Consumer Behavior ........ 50 5.6 Customer price sensitivity......... 51 5.7 Cost of acquiring and retaining customers........... 52 5.8 Strengths and weaknesses of competitors and ways that competitors ....... 53   Chapter 6 Operating and Financial plans   6.1 Conversion of inputs into outputs that customer value We will choose to different suppliers, one for the food packs and the other one for thewe couldn’t find any, because these kinds of products are not produce in Peru, we lookedabroad and the cheapest cost came from China, so we are considering Chinese suppliers. For us it is crucial to find partners not only regular suppliers, because they will be the mostimportant thing of our business, we will depend on them for our core business that is ourproducts. We need to choose them wisely, because we want suppliers that are compromisewith us, meeting delivery times and giving us the best quality for our customers. We needto consider that if they don’t give us a good service, we will not be able to give a goodservice to our customers. We will need to travel, to meet the suppliers personally, it is important for the Chineseculture to have a friendly relationship, in this way we can assure a better business link. Inaddition, we will need to create a contract with some clauses if we don’t receive the servicewe expect, because we can damage our image, and we need to avoid this, it is important tobe very careful with this and take care of our reputation, otherwise we can lose clients andruin the positive word of mouth. As inventory required, we need to consider the amount of sales that we want to reachas our objectives, and then consider around 2 months of stock, in case we have a higherdemand that we expected or in case we have any delays with our importations. This is why, we are contemplating as part of our investment, the products we willneed for the first two months, we considered 20,193.44 dollars, considering the costs of theimportation from China to Peru. The number of days our suppliers take in produce is 15 days then the number of dayswe take in the importation 45 days so we need to consider this to avoid being out of stock. One of the worsts things that can happen to a company is to don’t have stock of theirproduct, because as I mentioned, the clients won’t wait for you, they will probably look forother options of the market, and you will lose them probably forever, because if you failonce, they won’t trust you again and their business need to continue working.(责任编辑:gufeng)
